I really enjoy the storytelling process. Here I was doing quick sketches searching for The various iterations. The Batman is on the prowl. — Batman exploration

keeping it super loose when doing a rough pass.

Kung Fu Kate

“This object doesn’t belong in a museum”

Kung Fu Kate ©️®️ AKA “KFK” Is deeply rich heartfelt story about a young girl seeking her parents. the story explores Kates stages of loss and recovery. Her age is essential to the story and brings to light the challenges of preeteens.

here is a first pass (rough sequence) that I had a lot of fun doing. I’ve got some relly enjoyable personal moments to add. Coming soooooonn!

After doing dozens of filled sheets with failed attempts to capture the “Kate” I was looking for I found her in this drawing. This is her in her secret identity.

CAPITAL ONE - SECRET IDENTITIES

Under the direction of Noelle Page and Mark Cordell Holmes I had the opportunity to help create the concepts and lead the freelance art team for this fun national campaign for Capital One. The idea was to pay homage to my idol Jack “The King” Kirby. We created new superhero characters in Jack’s style to represent different types of Capital One customer.
