Here is a rough bust I did for a character inspired by my friend Armand Balthazar’s book series Timeless.
Saint Bartholomew terra cotta clay maquette I did about seventeen years ago for a client. Here he is wielding the tool of his martyrdom as well as his flayed skin. Michelangelo depicted a similar image in his fresco of the “Last Judgement“ .
